Terms and Conditions – air123 Gaming Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the air123 platform — whether to browse, register, deposit funds, place bets, play casino games or request a withdrawal — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective immediately upon first use and applies to all subsequent uses of the platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules or promotional conditions that air123 may publish from time to time. 2. Eligibility

To register and use air123, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account on air123. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method or any other identifier — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and any balances held may be withheld pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. air123 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify air123 immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Accounts must not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person.

4. Deposits & Payments

air123 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers and supported debit or credit cards. Additional payment options may be added or removed over time; current available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your PKR balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawals can be made to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or a registered bank account in your name.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified in your name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• A minimum wagering turnover of the deposited amount may be required before a first withdrawal can be processed. This requirement is displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes shown on the Withdrawal page.
• air123 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of any issue with your account.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player from within their account before processing is complete.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

air123 offers bonuses and promotional credits to players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are stated clearly on the promotion page and in the bonus notification.

General bonus rules that apply to all air123 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have accepted the specific promotion during the stated eligibility window.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Bonus funds that remain incomplete at the expiry time are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by a promotion.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The air123 sports betting section covers cricket, football, esports and other markets. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed — the odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

• Bets placed on cricket markets include PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic competitions. Markets available vary by fixture and are displayed in the betting section at the time of the event.
• Live in-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is accepted. air123 is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may affect displayed odds.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section.
• Maximum stake limits apply per selection and per event. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Obvious pricing errors — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — do not stand. air123 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• All sports betting results are final once officially confirmed by the relevant governing body. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of settlement.

8. Casino & Slots

The air123 casino and slots library includes titles from licensed third-party game providers. Each game is operated according to the rules set by its provider and displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage and volatility information within the game panel before play begins.

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. air123 does not influence game outcomes.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

air123 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or the platform. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately; continued use of a known exploit after discovery is a breach of these Terms.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or promotions more than once.

• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds on behalf of another player.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability
